What we offer
Stellenbyte Solutions provides outsourced information technology support and managed cybersecurity services to small and medium businesses of every kind, principally in and around Cape Town. We do not limit ourselves to any one industry. Our services include remote and on-site help desk support, cybersecurity and endpoint protection, monitored data backup and recovery, email and Microsoft 365 administration, network and Wi-Fi configuration, hardware procurement and setup, new-staff onboarding, and IT planning and advisory work.
We also provide security-specific services: a one-off Cyber Health Check (an assessment of a client’s Microsoft 365 environment and premises, delivered as a written report), and ongoing managed security plans priced per user per month, which may include managed endpoint detection and response, security awareness training, dark-web credential monitoring, Microsoft 365 backup, and POPIA compliance documentation and incident-response planning.
Services are sold as a monthly support retainer on one of the plans published in our pricing section, as a per-user monthly security plan published in our security section, or as ad-hoc project and assessment work quoted in advance. A security plan is sold alongside an active support retainer and is not sold on its own. A full description of what each plan covers, together with our response-time commitments, payment terms, minimum duration and cancellation rights, is set out in our Terms of Service.

The prices shown on this website are the full prices payable in South African Rand. Stellenbyte Solutions is not a registered VAT vendor, so no VAT is added to, or included in, any price shown.

Security plans are charged on the number of users covered at the start of each month and require an active support retainer. Because the underlying security tools are priced in United States dollars, we may review security-plan prices once in any 12-month period on 30 days’ written notice, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Prices exclude the cost of any third-party hardware, software licences or subscriptions purchased on your behalf, which are quoted separately and passed through at cost plus any stated handling fee. Where a price is shown as "from", that amount is genuinely available for the scope described; work beyond that scope is quoted in writing before it begins.
Payment
Monthly retainers are payable in advance by electronic funds transfer or debit order. Project and add-on work is invoiced on completion and payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept card payments through this website and this website does not process or store payment information.
Security of your information
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It does not take payments, does not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and collects personal information only through the enquiry form on the home page. Details of what we collect, why, where it is stored and what rights you have are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@stellenbyte.co.za or on +27 71 839 7615. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within one business day and to resolve it within five business days.
Stellenbyte Solutions does not currently subscribe to an industry code of conduct or an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Where a complaint cannot be resolved between us, a consumer may lodge a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or, in the case of an electronic transaction, with the Consumer Affairs Committee established under the Consumer Affairs (Unfair Business Practices) Act. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Governing law
This website and any agreement concluded through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
